Hidden away in a corner of Kamakura is an unassuming secondhand bookstore, the Biblia Antiquarian Bookshop. Shinokawa Shioriko, the owner of the shop, is an overly shy young and beautiful woman who doesn’t fit the image of a used bookstore and often has trouble interacting with customers.

While customer service isn’t her strong point, she more than makes up for it in other ways. Using her exhaustive knowledge and unrivaled passion for literature, she unravels the secrets and mysteries of the antiquarian books that come into her shop.

Team Biblia

Hello, erebea here. I started getting into light novels a couple years ago with SAO after the first anime series ended, and the rest is history. Biblia is one of those series that I just fell in love with after reading the first volume and the fact that it wasn’t getting any attention was actually kinda depressing.

I already knew a little Japanese at the time, but it wasn’t even enough to read manga, let alone lightnovels. Through the power of brib luck, I somehow got into Nanodesu Academy and my Japanese skills quickly improved by leaps and bounds. I’ve had to abandon my social life, dignity, and self respect to do it, but it was totally worth the pain. Anyway, thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy the series!

Once upon a time, hikaslap was happy. He had a good life – great grades, great friends, a solid future. A life full of light and love.

It couldn’t last.

Later, after all was said and done, hikaslap could say unashamedly that he didn’t even LIKE light novels anymore, hated them even, for what they had done to him.

But he never did escape.

At one of his lowest points, when his will was weakest and his spirit was tenuous, he saw an application for a position at NanoDesu Translations.

“Well, if you can’t beat ’em…” he sighed.

Then hikaslap became irredeemable, and the circle was complete.

Hello. I’m not really sure how I ended up here, but I’m glad that I am. I like Pina Coladas, getting lost in the rain, and I absolutely despise people who quote overused song lyrics. I spend most of my time pretending to do work a.k.a. watching anime, surfing the web, finding any distraction necessary to save me from the monotony of being a student. We’ll see where this distraction takes me.
